"யாரு டாடி அவங்கள்லாம் அந்த கோயில் முன்னாடி?"
"அவங்க பிச்சைகாரங்க..."
"அப்படின்னா என்ன டாடி?"
"சும்மா கோயில் வாசல்ல உட்காந்துகிட்டு கோயிலுக்கு வர்றவங்ககிட்ட பிச்சை கேட்டு காசு வாங்கி பொழைக்கிற சோம்பேரறிங்கடா"
"சோம்பேறின்னா என்ன டாடி?"
"சோம்பேறின்னா... கை கால் நல்லா இருந்தும், ஒடம்ப வளைக்காம, மத்தவங்க உழைப்புல வாழறவங்க..."
"ஏன் டாடி அவங்கள்லாம் இப்பிடி இருக்காங்க?"

இடையில் அலைபேசி அழைப்பு வந்து போகிறது.

"என்ன டாடி குஷியா இருக்கீங்க? யாரு டாடி கால் பண்ணாங்க?"
"Coming Monday நாம US கெளம்பறோம்"
"போன வாரம்தான டாடி அங்கயிருந்து வந்தோம்? அதுக்குள்ள திரும்பி போறோமா?"
"ஆமான்டா. அம்மா பேர்ல தாத்தா வாங்கின நெலத்த ரெஜிஸ்டர் பண்ணறதுக்குதான் இந்தியா வந்தோம். பண்ணியாச்சு, இப்ப திரும்பி போறோம்."
"ஏன் டாடி, நாம இங்கியே இருக்க முடியாதா?"
"டாடி வேலைக்கு போணுனும் இல்ல..."
"உங்களுக்கு இங்கயே வேலை கிடைக்காதா டாடி?"
"இல்லடா, US-அ விட இங்க வேலை செய்றது கஷ்டம், சம்பளம்லாம் இங்க எனக்கு ஒத்துவராது"
"அந்த பிச்சைகாரங்களும் கஷ்டம்கிறதால வேற வேலை செய்யாம இப்பிடி சொகுசா பிச்சை எடுத்து சம்பாதிக்கிறாங்கன்னு சொன்னீங்க, அப்படின்னா, அவங்களுக்கும் உங்களுக்கும் இருக்குற எடந்தான் வித்தியாசமா டாடி?"
